Avideas is a Family business with over 20-years industry experience in Event Hire and Design both locally and around the world.

Our team brings an edge in design and technology with the addition of engineering and qualified riggers to the team. Every event is considered with safety and logistics at the forefront of everything we do.

Because we deliver events all around the world, our team knows how to communicate and deliver whatever the situation. And environment. From a corporate lunch on the Great Wall of China to delivery a surprise wedding for twenty, we’ve made it happen.

We believe our key difference is our holistic approach to events. It means that we look at the whole room treatments, the entrance, the ceilings, the floor space and overall aesthetic - every single and tiny detail. From there we explore all the opportunities and build ideas that transform the story.
