Sounds like a big scary word right! (HINT: This is where we come in!) We love logistics, rigging points and looking up at venue ceilings. We’re always looking up for structural rigging points that we can hang all of the fun, big and pretty things from. We have extensive knowledge and professional expertise to safely hang structures from ceilings adhering to all WHS requirements. We are loved by many venues for our safety and care in their spaces, and we are loved by clients for our solution-minded approach to make even the craziest of ideas possible.

We believe at Avideas that lighting can be the make-or-break of an event. We find it can sometimes be an afterthought in the planning stages, but we know for a fact that it instantly creates and sets a mood or feeling in a space. No one wants their event to feel like a corporate office! We have a wide range of lighting options varying from Stunning Chandeliers all the way through Decorative Pendants, Festoon Lighting, Fairy lights and Illuminated Letters.

We love stand alone lighting feature pieces or creating a full ceiling and marquee canopies of lighting. We have also have our very own canopy structure with customisable size capabilities to create one of the “fairy light tunnel” experiences.

FLORAL INSTALLATIONS

Floral installations are so impacting! It’s like having a garden hanging above your head. They are a room centrepiece and ties together all of the little details you’ve implemented at your event or wedding.

Floral installations have become one of our staple ‘bread and butter’ offerings for our clients. Having our team come in and install the structure for florists to build their creations on takes out the hassle for your florists and it ensures that the structure has been safely installed to adhere to venue and WHS standards.

We’ve worked in most Brisbane & SE Queensland venues so we have a wide and extensive knowledge of what works and what doesn’t in most of these spaces.

We have a range of structure solutions available for you and your florists to choose from that fit your event style and design.

TASSEL INSTALLATIONS

These beauties have such a different edge to any of the other lighting or floral installations. They create texture and movement without too much distraction. The vertical lines from the tassel’s create height in the room and draw the eye upwards. We’ve used these many different ways including being part of an artificial floral panel installation and on our customised curved pipes for an added dimension and shape.

INFLATABLE MIRROR BALL INSTALLATIONS

Looking for something a little different and little more WOW!? Our inflatable mirror balls come in multiple sizes and create such a dynamic edge to your event. Whether your theme is disco, or more of the chrome theming these are so versatile as they take on whatever colour lighting you are utilising in the room. Like our other ceiling installations, they lift the space and make an event or space feel bigger than it may be with the height of the room.

MIRROR BALL INSTALLATIONS

Mirror balls have made a comeback and we love it! The best thing about mirror balls is that it not only is eye-catching with where it’s placed but it reflects through the entire room and draws all areas of a room together to the centrepiece. We love using them as part of other installations with florals and other creative features. It adds a modern flair and edge while appreciating the fun and party nature of mirror balls. They’re a show-stopper and conversation starter that your guests will talking about for a long time to come.

CRYSTAL DROP INSTALLATIONS

If you’re looking for a solution that isn’t in a traditional chandelier format our crystal drops are for you. These are an adaptable product that can be used to enhance other key lighting features or used to create entire ceiling installations. We love these over a dance floor as a feature piece or as a backdrop behind a bridal table. They reflect light, draw your guests focus to a central area and make for some epic photos!
